1. For customers who purchase a new Buddhist altar with an electrically operated opening and closing mechanism, we provide a reassuring 3 to 10 year warranty on the "electric mechanism."
2. For one year after purchase, we will pick up, repair, and deliver (Yamato Furniture Delivery) your item completely free of charge .
3. Repairs and delivery are free for the remaining period. *The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our store only.

*The warranty covers malfunctions of electric machinery, peeling and cracking of wood, and lighting equipment.
This will cause a malfunction.
*New Buddhist altars under 200,000 yen come with a 3-year warranty
New Buddhist altars priced between 200,000 and 500,000 yen come with a 5-year warranty
New Buddhist altars over 500,000 yen come with a 10-year warranty
Original Buddhist altars come with a 10-year guarantee
Used Buddhist altars, Grade A, come with a 3-month warranty

Please read the warranty carefully and use the product under normal conditions that comply with our regulations.
If you experience any problems with the functionality despite using the product,

Warranty Information

In the following cases, a fee will be charged even during the warranty period.

3. Breakdown or damage caused by moving or relocating the product by the customer (or by someone other than our company)
4. Breakdown or damage caused by modifications or repairs made by parties other than our company
5. Consumables such as LED lighting and light bulbs
*If the LED lighting goes out within one year of purchasing the altar,
We will replace it free of charge.
6. Accessories other than the altar itself, such as Buddhist altar implements and service items
Precautions for use
1. Please avoid using the product in the following conditions as it may cause breakdown or damage.
Using the product close to heating and cooling appliances such as air conditioners or stoves.
Do not use in humid rooms or in places exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Please do not touch the gate opening/closing mechanism unless instructed to do so.
3. If you move the Buddhist altar, please do so at your own risk. (Not covered by warranty)
4. When cleaning, it is strictly forbidden to use chemicals such as thinner or benzene.
Regarding shipping charges
If you purchase within one year, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please note that from the second year after purchase, the customer will be responsible for these charges.

1. We will provide customers with a Buddhist altar safety manual (for Buddhist altars over 100,000 yen that are equipped with an automatic opening and closing device).
2. We will be posting information on simple repairs online in the future, and will be posting instructions on how to repair the device in the unlikely event that one is needed.
3. If the product can be repaired by the customer, and if any repair parts are required, we will prepare and send them to you. We will also provide instructions so that you can install them yourself.
4. If you are unable to repair the product yourself, we will send a repair technician or someone from the manufacturer to repair it, depending on the situation.
5. If it is difficult to deliver the altar to your area, we will use Yamato Home Delivery to collect the altar and arrange for a replacement altar to be provided in the meantime. The altar will be repaired by our store or the manufacturer.
