Morning chanting of 10,000 times, 602nd time: 10,000 chant of the daimoku and an unexpected day! The Soka Buddhist altar store was packed with people, and we ended with karate!

"A lot of people visited our store yesterday. Meeting people who have various concerns, such as about work or the future, is a great encouragement to me personally.

Seeing everyone's serious attitude made me realize once again the importance of faith and the importance of daily effort.
I will continue to do my best to recognize the strengths of each individual and grow together.

In particular, I am most pleased when I see people's faces light up as I speak to them about the Gosho and the New Human Revolution. The teachings of Soka Gakkai provide powerful support for us, no matter what era we live in.

In the evening, I went to the karate dojo. Because of the surgery, all the muscles in my body were screaming in pain as I practiced for the first time in a while.
However, I will continue to work hard, aiming to reach black belt status by age 70 and to have a body that is still active and healthy even at age 80.
