To stabilize my emotions
There are times when we don't realize that it is the most important thing in our lives. I have noticed that it is important to have a stable mind.
Do you always have a stable mind?
Being stable at all times means that you can remain stable even if something happens suddenly or you are suddenly asked to do something. I think that mental stability is strength.
Embodying the life force of Namu Myoho Renge Kyo
I believe that strength and stability is the life force of our honest and wonderful Namu Myoho Renge Kyo. If that is the case, then chanting the daimoku is essential. Our morning and evening practice and chanting teach us that it is a wonderful drama of life that begins with the origin of our own life and continues into the future. In order to bring out even stronger life force, I would like to return to the fundamental faith of the daimoku, which is like continuous flowing water, and learn from the fundamental Gosho and the guidance of President Ikeda, while striving to be brave and courageous in my own way in the turbulent daily life.
