634 experiences of chanting the daimoku 10,000 times in the morning: "It is the heart that is most important!" With these words in mind, I chant "Namu Myoho Renge Kyo, Namu Myoho Renge Kyo" every morning to refine my heart.

"The heart is what's important!"
With these words in mind, I chant "Namu Myoho Renge Kyo, Namu Myoho Renge Kyo" every morning to refine my mind.
Humans are not perfect. That is why I believe that by working hard and striving each and every day, we can grow as people, improving from yesterday to today, and from today to tomorrow.
Building on all experiences
I value every experience I have every day. I believe that both good and bad experiences can serve as nourishment for my own growth.
And today too, I want to do my best, not only for my own happiness, but also for the happiness of others.
With the faith of Soka Gakkai
With faith in Soka Gakkai as our foundation, we continue to grow together with our comrades, encouraging and supporting each other, even as we encounter various obstacles every day.
Chanting the daimoku (Namu Myoho Renge Kyo) helps me draw out my inner strength and gives me the courage to overcome difficulties.
Don't forget to be grateful
I want to never forget how grateful I am to be able to live another day, and to all the people who have supported me up until now.
And we will continue to work hard to demonstrate this gratitude through our actions.
lastly
Through this blog, I hope to be able to convey to as many people as possible the wonderfulness of Soka Gakkai faith and the joy of living each day to the fullest.
I will continue to share what I feel and learn in my daily life through this blog, so I hope you will continue to follow me.
