Hello to everyone reading the "10,000 Times Experience"!

The other day, while reading the Seikyo Shimbun newspaper, I came across a phrase that made me realize something. "Uninterrupted flight." This year is the "World Youth Association Year of Flight," and I was determined to grow big throughout the year! But when I read this phrase, I realized that my thinking was a little naive.

Until now, I thought that we would grow by setting a big goal once a year and achieving it. But to soar "without interruption" means to keep growing all the time, not missing out on small opportunities every day. I have resolved to keep up this momentum until our 100th anniversary!

I want to turn every event into an opportunity for growth. I believe that not only the good things, but also the hardships and failures will help me grow in the future.

Without forgetting this momentum, I will continue to repeat the cycle of "decide, pray, and act"! I also plan to switch to the latest computers and systems so that I can work more efficiently.
