I want to go to the Great Vow Hall with my family once!

Today, I will be supporting a family of three in my district, including my elderly parents and three members of the Men's Division, as they participate in the Worldwide Kosen-rufu Vow Service. During a home visit, a member of the Men's Division said that he would like to take the family to the Great Vow Hall! The father joined Soka Gakkai, and the son also participated in the Gajokai when he was in the Men's Division.

Awareness and continuation of faith, starting with home visits

When I visited him two years ago, I learned that he had returned to his parents' home for work reasons, and since then I have been invited into his home for home visits and we have discussed a variety of topics, from his current situation to his work.

Last month, I received his request and made arrangements to hold a vow prayer meeting.

Initially, I was only there to provide support, so I requested three tickets, but the branch chief was considerate and gave me four tickets. We discussed the significance of the vow meeting and the flow of the day in advance, and decided that I would be in charge of the father and the son would be in charge of the mother, taking into account the details of the absolutely safe and secure arrangements, as well as peace of mind, safety, and time to spare.

We also made home visits the day before to check on each patient's health, to ensure that they were fully prepared.
