朝の題目1万遍体験記:朝の題目606日目、まだ続く挑戦!朝の1万遍で得たもの

"Once you make a decision, you should make it right then and there."

Today marks the 606th day since I set myself the ambitious goal of reciting the daimoku 10,000 times in the morning.
As I make daily decisions and take action, I am seeing big changes within myself.

On days when I can complete 10,000 repetitions in the morning, my day goes surprisingly smoothly and I feel more confident that I can achieve my goal. However, the reality is that there are days when I have to give up midway.

In such a case, you can continue the rest at night and somehow achieve your goal. However, you will find that the situation is completely different from the momentum you had in the morning, and the results will change accordingly.

From this experience, I have a firm sense that once you have made a decision, you should make a decision on the spot.
If there is a discrepancy between your determination and your actions, the results will naturally differ.

This is the principle of Buddhism, and it applies to life as well. There is a saying that "persistence is power," but many people give up after three days.

You can make any number of excuses: I don't have time, I'm tired, etc. But as long as you keep making excuses like that, your life will never change.

Through this 10,000-run challenge, I learned the importance of "putting your resolve into action." This is not just about achieving your goals, but is also the first step in improving yourself.

You may also be working hard towards a goal. Even if you hit a wall or lose motivation along the way, never give up. I believe that daily efforts will surely lead to great results.
