We are unable to provide switch parts individually because we are not a repair business and do not hold inventory of repair parts. Also, it has been over 50 years since Soka Buddhist altars were adapted to the automatic opening and closing system, so we have not been able to handle the wide variety of switches up until now, and it would jeopardize our credibility and operations in terms of warranties, etc., so we do not provide such services.

We have been making every effort possible to resolve the many malfunctions of Soka Buddhist altars that we receive from customers every day, and as a result, we are now able to provide switch boxes by the unit by working with a manufacturer currently in operation.
