We received a malfunction report from a customer via line.
The fluorescent lights on the Buddhist altar and the doors no longer open or close.
Replacing the remote control's button battery with a new one does not change the situation.
I would like to have it repaired.
If there is a first-aid solution, please let me know.
Please send me a photo of the broken part.

The first step is to replace the remote control with a new one.

If replacing the remote control transmitter doesn't fix the problem, the receiver is broken: You can see how old it is from the photo. The remote control is made up of three parts: a transmitter, a receiving sensor, and a receiver.
